Return & Refund Policy


At trevales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jerseys. Please review our return and refund guidelines:

Custom Products:
Since all our jerseys are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been customized (names, numbers, logos, or personal designs) unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@trevales.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to replace or refund the item.

Non-Custom Items:
For any non-custom products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
